Governuity is the personal brand of Johan Grundlingh, operated by Carrots Consulting Pte Ltd, a private limited company registered in Singapore. Any engagement for paid delivery work (advisory, consulting, coaching, training) is separately contracted through one of the firms in the CarrotsAlign ecosystem under its own engagement letter.

2. Nature of this website

Governuity is an advocacy and commentary brand. Content on this site is published for general awareness and discussion of executive compensation governance issues. It is not professional advice. It should not be relied on as a substitute for a formal engagement with a qualified advisor.

3. The free 3DS diagnostic

The free 3DS diagnostic offered on this site is a preliminary review based on publicly available information (annual reports, public filings, disclosed remuneration statements). It does not constitute a full governance audit. It does not create an advisor-client relationship. It is provided for educational and illustrative purposes. Any commercial engagement that follows is contracted separately through Carrots Consulting or another firm in the ecosystem.
